1 lb linguine pasta (reserve 1 c pasta water)
1/4 c basil
1/4 tsp red pepper flakes

1 tbsp lemon juice
1/4 c parmesan cheese
3/4 c pasta water
Prep (2-3) 6-7 oz. portions of Shrimp by thawing, drying, removing tails and seasoning with salt, pepper and a sprinkle of paprika.
Prepare 1 lb of linguine pasta according to package instructions - reserving 1 cup of pasta water.
In a blender, combine 8 oz fresh spinach, 5-6 whole garlic cloves, 1 large avocado, 1 tsp salt, 1 tsp pepper, 1 tbsp lemon juice, 1/4 cup parmesan cheese, 3/4 c pasta water. Consistency should be equivalent to a cream sauce - thin with remaining pasta water if necessary. Set aside.
Bring a heavy bottomed pan to medium high heat, add in 2 tbsp avocado oil and sear seasoned shrimp 2-3 minutes on the first side then flip and finish cooking on the second side. Stir in 1/4 cup chopped basil and remove from heat. Toss pasta in avocado sauce (if sauce is not still warm you may need to warm it in a pot before tossing it with the pasta).Top pasta with shrimp and finish with parmesan cheese and red pepper flakes.
