Returns

Due to the perishable nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns.

Refunds

We stand behind the quality of our seafood and guarantee delivery to the home address provided at the time of order placement, as long as the package is retrieved on the guaranteed delivery date. Please note that we cannot guarantee delivery to business addresses—if a business is closed, the courier will attempt delivery on the next business day, which may result in defrosted items.

We will issue refunds or replacements in the following cases:

  • Items arrive damaged (not related to the shipping carrier).
  • Delays or mishandling by the carrier result in defrosted or damaged items.
  • Missing items from your order.

Refunds will not be issued for the following reasons:

  • Incorrect shipping address provided or refusal of delivery.
  • Delays caused by an incorrect or incomplete address.
  • Failure to retrieve your order on the guaranteed delivery date, leading to defrosted or damaged items.

If you experience an issue with your order, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible so we can make it right!

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Email us at contact@fishfixe.com within 24 hours of delivery.

RefundsYou will be refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your refund, please contact us at contact@fishfixe.com.
